Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Creative Content Specialist who can craft engaging email and SMS content that drives results. This role supports a fast-growing, high-tech beauty brand. If you have expertise in developing sharp, strategic copy and working independently, we want to hear from you.


Time Commitment
  • Minimum : 25 hours/month
  • On average : 35–40 hours/week, not exceeding 170 hours/month
  • Time commitment may vary depending on assigned tasks and deadlines

Location & Availability Requirements
  • Open to candidates based in Southeast Asia
  • Must be available to work in or near GMT+3 (Europe-based or overlapping time zones preferred)

Key Responsibilities
  1. Write high-converting, on-brand email and SMS copy for a single beauty tech client
  2. Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop and execute campaigns
  3. Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging
  4. Apply feedback to refine and optimize copy
  5. Research the client's products, audience, and positioning to inform messaging
  6. Track and organize product info, creative briefs, and copy notes from the client
  7. Ensure every deliverable is clear, accurate, and aligned with campaign goals and brand voice

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. 5+ years of professional copywriting experience (email/digital marketing preferred)
  2. Experience with beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a strong plus
  3. Excellent grammar and a natural, conversational writing style
  4. Organized and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
  5. Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and rounds of feedback
  6. Able to commit to a minimum of 25 hours/month
  7. Bachelor's degree is a plus
