  • Focus on delivering high-quality results with attention to detail and timely responses.
  • Engage with customers through conference calls, online meetings, and other communication channels to provide exceptional support.
  • Collaborate with intra-departments, Finance, Accounts, Procurement, Customer Support, Sales, and Management to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Microsoft products, programs, and promotions.
