About This Role

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Analyst to join our team, tasked with designing and implementing AI-powered processes that drive efficiency, deliver key insights, and accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automate GTM intelligence by creating and maintaining core NPI GTM performance dashboards using AI tools to analyze complex datasets and surface predictive insights.
  • Develop and deploy specialized AI agents to automate preliminary data analysis and enable strategic interpretation and final decision-making.
  • Powers our partner ecosystem: serve as operational lead for technical partners (ISVs) and develop AI-enhanced workflows to streamline partner onboarding, enablement, and performance analysis.
  • Re-engineer core processes: map, analyze, and overhaul key operational and customer experience (CX) workflows using tools like Gemini and Claude.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in GTM operations, revenue operations, data intelligence, sales operations, or product operations.
  • Hands-on proficiency using AI tools to solve real business problems.
  • Strong analytical and data modeling skills, with the ability to find signal in noise.
  • Process-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to map complex workflow, find bottleneck, and fix it.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Proficiency in AI tools such as OpenAI/ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Glean AI.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in stakeholder management.
  • Project management skills, including process documentation and applying methodologies.
  • Flexible and adaptable, open to night shifts or shifting schedules in a hybrid work-from-home setup.
