Qualifications:

  • Functional Role:
    • 4-7 years of relevant Human Resources experience, with 1-3+ years in Program/Project Management.
    • Expertise in recruitment, configuration support, business analysis, and systems integration.
    • Proficient in Oracle Core HR modules and HCM Cloud skills (Recruitment, Payroll, Core HR, Talent Management, etc.).
    • Experience with end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and deployment activities.
    • Client-facing experience in diverse industries.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
    • Willingness to travel for short- and long-term assignments.
  • Technical Role:
    • 2 to 7+ years of relevant IT or Operations experience, with 1-3+ years in Program/Project Management.
    • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities, including Recruiting, Payroll, Absence, and Time and Labor.
    • Proficient in HCM Data Conversion, ETL, Oracle Cloud Integration, and Reporting tools such as HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, OTBI, OBIEE, and ODI.
    • Technical skills in SQL and PL/SQL.
    • Proven ability to manage teams or lead technical projects.
    • Experience with other SaaS HCM products is a plus.
  • Nice to Have:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field.
    • Oracle Cloud Certification is a significant advantage.
    • PPSM Certifications.
    • Strong project management skills and experience leading Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
