At BladeGrass Technologies Inc., we are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to utilize their knowledge and expertise in human capital management, employee relations, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct competency-based initial interviews of all applicants via telephone or video conference.
2. Review and analyze the results of cognitive, psychological, and technical competency assessments.
3. Endorse successful applicants to authorized officers for job offers and facilitate contract signing, new hire orientation, and first day of work.
Background Investigation:
C. Background Investigation
1. Conduct thorough background checks for managerial and higher positions, including personal, criminal, financial, scholastic, employment, and character records.
2. Verify neighborhood credentials as necessary or directed by management.
3. Prepare reports and provide recommendations based on the results of background investigations.
Attendance Management:
D. Attendance Management
1. Manage time and attendance systems in accordance with company policies and procedures.
2. Ensure real-time and accurate recording of timekeeping data, including authorized overtime, official business, and generation/submission of relevant forms and reports.
3. Investigate prolonged absences according to due process as a precursor to Job Abandonment (JA) offense.
Benefits Administration:
E. Benefits Administration
1. Facilitate enrollment of employees into applicable life insurance or personal accident coverage in coordination with HR Business Partners.
2. Update enrollment, change of status, dependents, and other information necessary for government-mandated company benefits and tax computation.
3. Liaise with government and private benefit providers to ensure compliance and updated posting of benefit records.
Employee Discipline:
F. Employee Discipline
1. Implement progressive discipline procedures, suspension, and termination based on company standards of integrity and fairness.
2. Mediate conflict resolution by facilitating dialogues, negotiation, or counseling to promote harmonious relationships and prevent professional/personal conflicts.
3. Resolve assigned disciplinary issues and report the status of all cases regularly.
4. Coordinate with line managers on labor relations matters, including settling employment issues affecting the organization.
Requirements:
1. Minimum Educational Attainment - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, or related courses.
2. Actual Work Experience – Three (3) to Four (4) years' experience as human resources generalist.
