About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to drive strategic growth initiatives and develop new business opportunities in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve company objectives; identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and potential clients for BPO services.
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities; build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers; serve as primary contact for prospective clients; collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and drive value.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Set and track KPIs to measure effectiveness of activities; prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts for senior management.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles; experience in the BPO industry is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of the German market.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in the retail and e-commerce sectors, with understanding of their needs and challenges.
  • Strong understanding of BPO services, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
