Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Team Lead to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for mentoring and training others, as well as guiding design and architecture decisions.

The ideal candidate will have experience with MongoDB, Nest.js, Next.js, and Node.js or PHP/MySql, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or engineering
  • Working experience with PHP is a strong plus
  • 5 - 10 years of core web apps development experience (front end & back-end)
  • Exposure to VSCode, Postman, Jira, GitHub, Terraform, Jenkins, and Docker
  • Experience reviewing code deeply and providing coaching to peer on best practices
