Job Title: Workflow Efficiency Expert

As a Productivity Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing organizational efficiency by optimizing workflows and integrating tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base using Notion and HubSpot to improve information accessibility and team collaboration.
  2. Implement AI-driven solutions across platforms to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  3. Create seamless integrations and custom workflows using no-code and low-code platforms like Zapier and Airtable.
  4. Analyze current workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; design and implement improved processes to boost productivity and reduce errors.
  5. Set up and manage dashboards, databases, and analytics tools to track project progress and enable data-driven decision-making.
  6. Provide training and ongoing support to team members on using integrated tools like Notion, HubSpot, Zapier, and Asana.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Notion, HubSpot, Zapier, and AI integration tools.
  • Strong proficiency in process improvement, automation, and systems integration.
  • Excellent analytical skills to identify and solve workflow issues.
