About the Role:

Our team is looking for an experienced Amazon Case Manager to own backend troubleshooting across Seller Central, submit and manage cases, escalate issues, and ensure ASINs remain live, optimized, and compliant.

This role involves submitting and managing cases related to listing suspensions, policy violations, FBA issues, and other backend challenges in Amazon Seller Central.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage case submissions and escalations to minimize downtime and ensure swift reinstatement of listings.
  • Act as the expert for backend resolution, maintaining organized case history, tracking response timelines, and following through on resolutions.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure all listings meet Amazon's compliance requirements.
  • Support day-to-day brand operations including listing audits, logistics coordination, and customer experience, with special attention to supplement-specific regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience managing Seller Central backend issues within the supplement, wellness, or health category.
  • Demonstrated success resolving complex cases, reinstating ASINs, and navigating Amazon's internal processes.
  • Strong knowledge of supplement regulations, compliant claims language, and Amazon's restricted products policy.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent written communication and follow-through skills.
