The successful candidate will coordinate tasks, foster teamwork, and conduct regular meetings to track progress and identify development opportunities.

  • You are responsible for overseeing team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to team members to achieve the team's objectives.
  • Conduct touch base meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions to identify opportunities and progress of each team member.
  • Ensure deadlines are met, monitor progress, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure projects and initiatives align with overall goals and objectives.
