Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role will involve designing and implementing scalable and intelligent backend systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and shaping the product.

  • Lead the development of core product areas
  • Design high-performance APIs and data pipelines
  • Own complex insurance data workflows, integrations, and claims processing logic
  • Integrate with external APIs such as insurance providers and practice management systems
  • Collaborate with frontend engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end features
  • Mentor engineers and influence engineering best practices
  • Take full ownership of feature development from planning through to deployment

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on backend architecture. They will also have a solid command of Python, API design, and backend architecture.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and will be available for daily standups at 11 PM – 12 AM your local time.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of full stack development and backend architecture
  • 5+ years of experience in software development
  • Proficient in Python and API design
  • Experience with FastAPI, Next.js, or similar frameworks
  • Familiarity with healthcare or insurance data workflows
  • Knowledge of Docker and cloud-native deployment workflows
