Backend Architecture Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Backend Architect to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of designing and implementing scalable backend systems, building APIs and services for data processing and integrations.

This is a standalone role where you'll work independently with minimal supervision, driving projects end-to-end with technical autonomy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement efficient backend architecture for secure and scalable systems.
  • Build high-quality APIs and services for real-time applications and integrations.
  • Manage deployments and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth delivery.
  • Ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability across systems.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to integrate backend solutions with various applications.
Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional backend engineering experience (senior-level).
  • Strong proficiency in modern backend languages: Python, Node.js, Go, or Java.
    • Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and microservices.
    • Hands-on DevOps experience: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments.
    • Strong knowledge of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
    PREFERRED SKILLS
    • Background in AI, computer vision, or machine learning product development.
      • Experience with GPU-based deployments (CUDA, TensorRT).
        • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
