Job Description

This role involves the resolution of complex transactions relevant to Income Custody. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for interpreting policies, guidelines, and/or processes. Full ownership for one or more processes, reports, and/or procedures is expected, and analytical and procedural competence is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Resolution of complex transactions relevant to Income Custody
  • Interpretation of policies, guidelines, and/or processes
  • Ownership of one or more processes, reports, and/or procedures
  • Supervision of junior level employees (but not a formal management role)
  • Input into performance management and career development processes and staffing and disciplinary actions

Qualifications

  • A College or University degree and/or 5 years of relevant work experience in Corporate Actions or Income or Settlements is required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision is essential.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are critical.
  • Knowledge of Income reconciliations is necessary.
