Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to manage our financial operations and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payments through Stripe and proprietary systems.
  • Manage accounts receivable, following up on past due payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit cards in QuickBooks Online.
  • Record bills in QuickBooks.
  • Analyze financial reports, including Profit and Loss and Balance Sheets.
  • Handle payment-related customer service tickets.
  • Process refunds and manage billing disputes.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via Freshdesk.
  • Process scheduling and change requests.
  • Manage referral programs and track commissions.
  • Audit billing transactions regularly.
  • Verify wage reports.
  • Maintain accurate pricing plans.
  • Track sales commissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
