Content Marketing Specialist

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and executing compelling content strategies for various platforms. Your primary goal is to develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives meaningful interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow social media accounts (with a focus on Instagram and Reels) by publishing high-quality content in line with monthly campaigns and product launches.
  • Collaborate with video editors and graphic designers to ensure visually appealing content that meets brand standards.
  • Identify and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators who align with our luxury and beauty brand values.
  • Track influencer deliverables and performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Engage with our online community through comments, direct messages, and story interactions, fostering a positive brand image.
  • Report on engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on analytics insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and viral formats to inform content creation decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or influencer management, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Canva, Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, etc.).
  • Knowledge of influencer outreach strategies and user-generated content collaboration management.
  • Aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury and beauty brands.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive and organized mindset.
  • Familiarity with skincare products and online beauty communities is an asset.
