Highly Skilled Systems Manager

This position oversees the development, deployment, and operational maintenance of hybrid environments.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage applications on Windows and Unix/Linux servers to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Create comprehensive documentation and procedures for supporting products to enhance knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Monitor production applications to identify and address inefficiencies or service availability gaps, thereby ensuring high-quality services.
- Design and participate in Disaster Recovery testing to guarantee business continuity and minimize downtime.
- Automate processes to achieve higher efficiencies and reduce manual intervention.
- Collaborate with business partners and development teams to provide project and task statuses, promoting transparency and effective communication.
- Participate in annual system readiness, capacity planning, and recommend solutions to meet SLA's, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide off-hour support through On-Call rotation, ensuring prompt issue resolution and minimizing disruptions.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in SRE related roles, managing systems and applications. In-depth knowledge of Windows and RHEL/Unix operating systems is required, along with an understanding of tier 3 architecture design and concepts.
Broad skills in technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and collaboration are essential for success in this role.
