Job Opportunity: Assistant School Principal

The Assistant School Principal for Operations and Compliance plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of school processes. This individual operates remotely, leading the implementation and improvement of core processes, providing administrative and instructional support to staff, and collaborating with the Principal to ensure the school operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the launch and execution of core processes, including the school year.
  • Develop and refine core process documentation to reflect current practices.
  • Provide weekly updates on process status to the Principal.
  • Assist the Principal in providing instructional leadership, preparing department meetings, and formulating meeting agendas.
  • Support curriculum planning, review, and implementation, collaborating with coaches and department heads.
  • Coordinate professional development initiatives and follow-ups.
  • Supervise completion of teacher and staff responsibilities, provide disciplinary follow-up, and ensure faculty adherence to expectations.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree or higher in Educational Administration.
  • Minimum of ten years of teaching experience.
  • Minimum of five years in school leadership (department head, coach, or assistant principal).
  • Proven ability to adapt processes and strategies to evolving school needs and priorities.
  • Technological proficiency, especially with LMS platforms and digital tools.
  • Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment.
