Technical Visionary Role

As a seasoned Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of work by delivering cutting-edge technology solutions for customers and partners. We connect businesses with dedicated teams, offering cost-efficient solutions with comprehensive support.

This remote position involves leveraging your expertise to design, develop, and implement scalable and secure technical solutions that enhance customer experience and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into high-performance technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with customer-facing platforms and CRM systems.
  • Implement and support changes, enhancements, and upgrades to CX platforms, including Cisco, Genesys, Zoom, and other similar platforms.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in systems integrator or consultancy environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and consuming APIs (REST, SOAP, Node-Express) and custom Web Components for Salesforce Lightning, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
  • Practical understanding of contact centre platforms (Genesys Cloud CX, Cisco Webex Contact Centre, Zoom Contact Centre, Amazon Connect).
  • Familiarity with security and networking concepts, including SSL/TLS certificates, Firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and SSO integration (SAML/OAuth).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
