Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy. This role will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns across various channels, including paid social, SEO, and content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Paid Social: Develop and execute a paid social media strategy that drives measurable results, including creating and managing ad campaigns, analyzing performance data, and making adjustments as needed.
  • SEO: Conduct thorough keyword research, optimize website content and structure, and implement link building strategies to improve search engine rankings.
  • Content: Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform future marketing decisions, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Near-Term Success (First 90 Days):
  • Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
  • Establish a robust analytics infrastructure to track KPIs and inform future marketing decisions.
  • Launch a series of targeted paid social media campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social, SEO, and content creation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
