Customer Service Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will handle general inbound phone inquiries from customers without internet access, assist them with order placements and answer basic questions related to products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist customers in placing orders via phone
- Provide product information and help customers choose the right items
- Address inquiries related to order status, delivery, and general questions
- Maintain accurate call and order records
- Exemplify excellent customer service standards and represent the company positively
- Collaborate with the team for continuous process improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service (voice support preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English — clear, fluent, and friendly
- Able to think critically and efficiently
- Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset
- Must be reliable, professional, and able to work independently from home
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
