Job Description

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in managing reporting requirements, creating dashboards, and providing analysis to reports.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in data analysis and business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain reporting requirements to support business objectives;
  • Create engaging dashboards and presentations for business reviews and stakeholder meetings;
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements;
  • Provide expert-level analysis and recommendations to improve business outcomes.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis or related field;
  • Proven track record of success in data analysis and report creation;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and VBA/SQL programming;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
