We're seeking a diligent Operations Coordinator to drive backend efficiency, oversee invoicing and time tracking, and bring order to our dynamic environment. This isn't just an administrative role – we need someone with financial acumen, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Streamline operational workflows and document management systems.
  • Audit Hubstaff time tracking for contractors and external staff.
  • Prepare client contracts using established templates.
  • Track deadlines and ensure follow-ups are executed promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative, financial operations, or operational support roles.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Invoicing expertise with complex operations.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Detailed-oriented with professional communication skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Background in staffing, outsourcing, or recruitment operations.
  • Experience working in international startup environments.
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Hubstaff, ClickUp, Xero/QuickBooks.
