We're seeking a diligent Operations Coordinator to drive backend efficiency, oversee invoicing and time tracking, and bring order to our dynamic environment. This isn't just an administrative role – we need someone with financial acumen, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Streamline operational workflows and document management systems.
- Audit Hubstaff time tracking for contractors and external staff.
- Prepare client contracts using established templates.
- Track deadlines and ensure follow-ups are executed promptly.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative, financial operations, or operational support roles.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Invoicing expertise with complex operations.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Detailed-oriented with professional communication skills.
- Background in staffing, outsourcing, or recruitment operations.
- Experience working in international startup environments.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Hubstaff, ClickUp, Xero/QuickBooks.
- Part-time or full-time engagement options.
