Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.

In this role, you will be part of our mission to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in customer support, order processing, or data entry (preferably in manufacturing, building materials, or glass industry).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP/CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities include providing product information, quotations, and order status updates, coordinating with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met, and managing customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

  • Providing accurate and timely product information.
