Remote Ecommerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our e-commerce business as an E-Commerce Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor products across online marketplaces, including Amazon and Walmart, for new listings and updates.
- Analyze replenishment reports to avoid stockouts and ensure efficient inventory management.
- Investigate and troubleshoot non-selling or underperforming items to maximize sales potential.
- Update item costs and ensure all product data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Respond to customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage product listings across multiple platforms, including eBay, Walmart, and FBM.
- Track stock levels and flag inventory issues proactively to prevent stockouts and lost sales.
- Experience in e-commerce, virtual assistance, or data entry is essential.
- Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and related platforms is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to drive results.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail are crucial for success.
- Comfortable working independently and night shifts is preferred.
- Knowledge of tools like Google Sheets, SkuVault, ConnectBooks, and SellerSnap is beneficial.
