Marketing Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to propel our ecommerce market share across the globe while improving operational efficiency.

  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams, drive process optimization, and facilitate stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Collaboration: Facilitate weekly team meetings for efficient collaboration.

  4. Budgeting Process: Drive budgeting process improvements.
  5. BWE Buildout: Support BWE buildout and week over week tracking and insights.
  6. Project Management: Collaborate with division and department leads on project management needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High sense of urgency/responsiveness.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Establish trust across internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing processes end-to-end.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-starter with ability to learn new processes and systems.

This is a remote position requiring a reliable work-from-home setup.
