Job Summary
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to increase sales and revenue.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Negotiation skills and a track record of closing deals.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
