Project Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project leader to join our team. As a project leader, you will be responsible for leading the assigned Turnover Assistance Team (TOAST) to bring residential units to Full Acceptance (FA) status.

  • Timely turn-over of residential units to BTG with a target average of four (4) FA units per work day.
  • Assist in the documentary close-out of the project, including review, consolidation, and submission of close-out documents.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field from a reputable institution and hold a valid PRC license. Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills are required. The ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment is also necessary.
