Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to coordinate and support logistical operations.

This role involves tracking shipments, scheduling appointments, and handling various administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth movement of goods and services by monitoring shipment status for timely deliveries, scheduling pickups and deliveries, maintaining accurate records of shipping activities, and communicating with drivers, vendors, and warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Coordination: Monitor and track shipment status for timely deliveries, ensuring seamless transportation processes.
  • Scheduling and Appointment Management: Schedule pickups and deliveries efficiently, minimizing downtime and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Data Accuracy and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of shipping activities, guaranteeing data integrity and enabling informed decision-making.
  • Communication and Liaison: Effectively communicate with drivers, vendors, and warehouse staff to resolve issues promptly and maintain smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills: 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred. Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Organizational and Interpersonal Abilities: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities essential for success in this role.
Working Conditions

This role offers a full-time position with standard Monday to Friday working hours, with potential Saturday mornings for approximately 3 hours.
