Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management: Develop and schedule engaging posts on various social media platforms to foster community interaction and promote the company's services.
  • Paid Advertising: Assist with optimizing digital ads across Google, Facebook, and other crypto networks.
  • Help Desk Support: Provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, and social media channels.
  • Software Testing: Participate in user testing, identify bugs, and suggest improvements for platform updates.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on the latest crypto trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
  • General Operations: Support administrative tasks, data entry, and process documentation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Marketing, IT, or Business.
  • At least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain, preferably with familiarity in exchange, trading, or DeFi.
  • Excellent written English skills for effective customer communication and social media engagement.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, social media scheduling, and basic tech troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
