Job Title: Production Artist Virtual Assistant

Are you a creative and skilled professional looking for a challenging opportunity to grow in your career? We are seeking a talented Production Artist Virtual Assistant to join our team.

This role offers the perfect blend of artistry and technical skills, allowing you to showcase your creativity while working with cutting-edge software and tools. As a Production Artist Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for creating custom designs for various products, from murals to wallpapers and more. Your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) will be put to good use as you customize these products according to customer specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and optimizing digital files for different output methods, ensuring they meet specific production standards for print, web, or other digital platforms.
  • Organizing, managing, and maintaining a library of design assets, ensuring they are correctly formatted, versioned, and easily accessible for projects.
  • Implementing precise color management techniques to ensure consistency across different materials and output processes, and performing pre-press checks for flawless reproduction.
  • Executing precise layout adjustments and typesetting for various collateral, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and optimal readability.
  • Conducting thorough proofreading and quality assurance checks on all designs to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or deviations from project specifications.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of high-quality, production-ready assets.

Qualifications include:

  • High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with strong knowledge of file preparation, color management, and layout principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in preparing digital assets for print and digital output.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for consistency and error detection.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical design and file preparation issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills for effective team interaction.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
