Job Summary

A Business Development Manager is responsible for improving the market position of a financial institution and driving growth through strategic planning, customer acquisition, and retention.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience working in the banking industry, preferably in a senior-level role.
