Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Credit Analyst to join our team. As a credit analyst, you will play a pivotal role in assessing client creditworthiness and collaborating with various teams to structure deals that align with company risk tolerance.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to assess client creditworthiness.
  • Prepare comprehensive credit analyses and risk assessments for new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure deals that align with company risk tolerance.
  • Maintain accurate records of credit evaluations and decisions.
  • Recommend credit limits and terms based on risk analysis.
  • Stay current with industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting credit risk.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • Graduated cum laude or better from university is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in credit analysis, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Familiarity with credit scoring systems and risk assessment tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
