Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SME-Procurement professional to oversee the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of accounts payable and finance operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Oversee the entire procure-to-pay process to guarantee smooth operations and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recognize and implement improvements in procurement and finance procedures.
  • Offer expert advice on supply chain management to enhance effectiveness and cost-effectiveness.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and process optimization.
  • Guarantee accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions to maintain financial integrity.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to create detailed reports and presentations for management review.
  • Monitor and manage procurement KPIs to drive continuous improvement and achieve organizational goals.
  • Support the finance team in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular audits of procurement processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of procurement and finance procedures.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline procurement workflows and reduce cycle times.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office to enable effective data analysis and reporting.
  • Expertise in supply chain management with a focus on optimizing procurement processes.
  • Deep understanding of accounts payable and finance operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Extensive experience in procure-to-pay processes enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Capability in finance and accounting supporting accurate financial reporting and reconciliation.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification in procurement is preferred.
