Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quantitative Project Manager to join our Market Research team. The mission of this role is to be a communication and relationship liaison between us, our clients, and other teams involved in the project's completion. You will directly manage all aspects of each project on time.

  • Manage quantitative market research projects through entire project life cycle including client management, partner collaboration, sample acquisition, and data collection.
  • Work with various teams to setup and test survey links, prepare and send samples, conduct quality checks, manage respondent inquiries, and facilitate issue resolution.
  • Coordinate and lead project kick-off meetings for assigned studies to ensure all parties understand project specifications, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Manage relationships with vendors to facilitate accurate and timely deliverables, communications, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor productivity and quality of data collection to produce regular updates and progress reports on project status.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. Key qualifications include self-motivation, exceptional time management and organizational skills, and attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to meet study specific and departmental objectives.
  • Basic math skills and ability to calculate incidence rate, response rate, honoraria amounts, and profit.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word, and quick learning abilities of new technologies/software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
