Key Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for assigned tasks and projects from initiation to completion.

  • Manage and troubleshoot automation processes, including fixing issues when they break and handling approvals.
  • Utilize project management tools like Asana to organize workflows, track progress, and keep teams accountable.
  • Create, update, and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth and repeatable operations.
  • Provide regular reporting to keep stakeholders informed and aligned on project status.
  • Anticipate potential roadblocks, propose solutions, and keep projects moving forward without hand-holding.
  • Maintain a flexible mindset and be available beyond regular working hours as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong experience with project management software, well-versed in automation, troubleshooting, and approval processes.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana.
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects at once and drive them to completion.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, requiring minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, able to hold team members accountable.
