Information Security Director

Lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management. As CISO, you'll define and execute a multi-year roadmap to protect systems, data, and assets across the organization. You'll collaborate with executive leadership, oversee incident response, and ensure compliance with global standards (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI). This role requires deep expertise in cloud security, emerging technologies, and building inclusive, high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive cybersecurity strategy, KPIs, and governance
  • Lead incident response, data protection, and identity/access management
  • Ensure compliance with global security standards and regulations
  • Build and mentor a diverse cybersecurity team
  • Partner with leadership on secure development and major initiatives
  • Stay ahead of emerging threats and technologies (cloud, containers, blockchain)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 15+ years in cybersecurity; 7+ years in leadership roles
  • Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA
  • Deep knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, PCI, cloud security principles
  • Strong communication and executive influence skills
  • Proven ability to lead strategic security programs in complex environments
