We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to join our team as an Accounting Team Lead. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required, and proficiency in ERP systems is highly valued.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding the accounting team members, as well as overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor accounting team members
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Review accounts payable and receivable processes

Qualifications:
