Job Role:

Content Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled content developer to join our team. As a content developer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and persuasive content across various digital channels.

This role requires a minimum of 4 years' experience in writing and developing rich product-related content. You should have confident email writing skills, experience with content production and quality assurance, as well as the ability to research and source existing product content.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English writing and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing clear and engaging copy for marketing automation campaigns, social media, websites, and search engine marketing (SEM). You will also adapt content to align with our content strategy, brand, and industry guidelines.

You will complete content briefing documents by consolidating information from existing content plans, including marketing automation builds documents, web content build briefs, webinar platform builds, and social media briefs.

You will perform quality assurance checks on marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency, support research for product content, implement SEO best practices for 3m.com experiences, and provide recommendations for tags and metadata.
