Web Content Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Web Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our content development team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality web content that meets the needs of our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual who has a passion for web design and development.

The ideal candidate will have experience with web platforms, such as Umbraco, and a strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles.

You will work closely with our creative director to manage briefs and workload, ensuring that all web content is well-presented, accessible, and aligned with client branding.

About the Role
  • Rebuild client websites using templated themes.
  • Transform existing site maps and content structures into modern, accessible layouts within the CMS.
  • Set up and integrate member portals in Umbraco, linked to CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to manage briefs and workload.
  • Ensure websites are well-presented, accessible, and aligned with client branding.
  • Track progress and communicate with the team via Notion and Microsoft Teams.
Requirements
  • Strong eye for design and presentation with attention to detail.
  • Experience with web or CMS platforms (Umbraco preferred).
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with web content structures (site maps, navigation, accessibility).
  • Understanding of modern image and graphic formats (e.g., WebP, SVG) and their impact on performance.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization, including responsive graphics and image optimization.
  • Creative problem-solving to adapt content into new formats.
