HCM Cloud Solutions Developer
DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled HCM Cloud Solutions Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and providing production support for existing Oracle HCM products.
This role requires strong technical skills, including proficiency in Oracle BIP and OTBI Reports, Oracle Integration Cloud, Data Loaders, Fast Formulas, Flexfields, Autocomplete Rules, Page Composer, Application Composer, Visual Builder, and Groovy Scripts.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Agile delivery/Scrum methodology and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities- Design and develop software solutions to enhance the functionality of Oracle HCM products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop, test, and deploy software solutions to meet business needs.
- Provide timely and effective production support to ensure seamless operation of Oracle HCM products.
- 3+ years of experience in HCM Cloud development.
- Proficiency in Oracle BIP and OTBI Reports, Oracle Integration Cloud, Data Loaders, Fast Formulas, Flexfields, Autocomplete Rules, Page Composer, Application Composer, Visual Builder, and Groovy Scripts.
