Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud and PeopleSoft, with the ability to design, configure, and optimize these systems.

The successful candidate will perform business requirements gathering, data mapping, business process analysis, and process modeling. They will also develop functional solutions, provide guidance to technical teams, perform testing and validation, and create associated documentation.

In addition, the candidate will troubleshoot and resolve system, process, and data issues. They will identify opportunities for more efficient and effective ways to perform operations and review Oracle releases, CWBs, and tax updates.

The role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with SMEs, senior leaders, IT PMO, and business users/stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-year degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of business analysis and/or techno-functional experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) functions.
  • Working functional knowledge on Core HR, Compensation (Wage Progression), and Benefits.
  • Techno-functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud applications is highly desired.
  • Strong requirement study, fit-gap analysis, functional and technical specifications design documentation skills required.
  • Data and analytical and troubleshooting skills required.
