Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems and Google Workspace Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our tech operations team, you will be responsible for managing our core technology systems, ensuring the smooth onboarding and offboarding of users, and providing technical support across our network.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in real estate technology while contributing to the enhancement of user experience and system performance. You will work closely with our CTO, Operations, and OSH teams to ensure that our technology systems are running efficiently and effectively.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Google Workspace user onboarding and offboarding
  • Assisting with the administration of core tech systems
  • Providing technical support to users across our network
  • Collaborating with our tech operations team to identify and implement process improvements

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including planning, executing, and coordinating initiatives to improve our technology infrastructure. You will also be responsible for managing Gmail and Workspace account onboarding/offboarding, operating the support desk, and addressing technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proven experience with Google Workspace administration, including Gmail setup, data backup, and storage configuration
  • Hands-on experience with technical support/help desk operations
  • Familiarity with tools such as DialPad, Keeper, and Happeo
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to support both onsite and remote users
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills
