Strategic Link Acquisition Specialist


Job Summary:

Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Strategic Link Acquisition Specialist to enhance our online presence through strategic link acquisition for our local SEO activity. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of white-hat link-building strategies and best practices to improve our website's search engine rankings.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
  2. Conduct thorough backlink analysis and competitor research to identify link-building opportunities.
  3. Establish relationships with legal industry blogs, directories, influencers, and authoritative sites for guest posts, mentions, and partnerships.
  4. Create compelling email outreach campaigns to secure backlinks and citations.
  5. Manage law firm listings on high-authority legal directories (e.g., Avvo, Justia, FindLaw).
  6. Collaborate with content and SEO teams to develop link-worthy content strategies.
  7. Monitor backlink profile health and remove toxic or spammy links.
  8. Track, report, and analyze link-building performance metrics using SEO tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist and GBP listings/citations, preferably within the professional services industry.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, off-page optimization, and link-building tactics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for outreach purposes.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with webmasters, bloggers, and influencers.
  • Knowledge of Google search algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Experience with ethical and white-hat link-building methods (no PBNs, spammy techniques, or black-hat tactics).
  • Ability to analyze backlink profiles and identify areas for improvement.
