Lead Digital Growth Strategist

  • We're seeking a seasoned expert to drive our digital marketing engine across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that includes paid social, SEO, content, analytics, and stakeholder management.
Paid Social:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta platforms
  • Manage budgets, pacing, creative testing, and audience targeting to achieve ROAS/CAC goals
SEO:
  • Build and execute an SEO roadmap (technical, on-page, and content)
  • Own keyword research, content briefs, internal linking, schema, and ongoing site health
Content Creation:
  • Develop accessible, mission-aligned content (landing pages, articles, guides, short-form social, email nurture)
  • Rank, educate, and convert target audiences
Analytics & Reporting:
  • Implement GA4/Tag Manager, maintain dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio)
  • Perform attribution analysis, translate data into experiments and next steps
Stakeholder Management:
  • Communicate clearly with executives, advisers, clinicians, and community partners
  • Brief and manage agencies/freelancers where needed
Accessibility & Compliance:
  • Champion plain language, inclusive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG-informed) across all digital touchpoints
  • Ensure marketing in a regulated context adheres to relevant policies, privacy, and consent standards

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in social media marketing and online/performance marketing. Key skills include Paid Social (LinkedIn/Meta), SEO (technical + content), and web analytics (GA4, GSC, GTM). Excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are also essential.
