Job Title: Recruiter - WFH

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team at Ripped Box Station. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for planning and executing effective social media recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-notch candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media recruitment campaigns to reach a wide audience
  • Source candidates from platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Create and post detailed job ads that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the positions
  • Assess candidates' proficiencies, conduct interviews, and extend job offers
  • Track applicants' progress through the hiring funnel and ensure efficient communication of all applicant status changes
  • Estimate hiring costs, time-to-hire, quality of potential hires, and candidate retention rates and provide reports to senior management
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Resolve administrative problems within the Human Resource Team
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Recruiter or a relevant role
  • Technical recruitment experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of social media recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Familiarity with emerging trends on primary social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and possesses great attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Clear and concise communicator with effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as seek direction
