Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office operations, including booking and ticketing, and assisting walk-in clients.
  • Respond to social media inquiries and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly, including encoding receipts and making purchase/booking orders.
  • Represent the company at tour events, such as product presentations and supplier meet-and-greets.
  • Participate in meetings, tours, and events to promote the company's services.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2nd year college level.
  • Residing nearby Masinag Antipolo.
  • Computer literate.
  • Experience in sales preferred.
  • Tourism-related course preferred but not required.
  • Pleasing personality.
