Marketing Virtual Assistant

At Ripped Box Station, we're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online presence, creating engaging content, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize Google My Business profiles to enhance local search visibility
  • Create and schedule posts on Facebook and LinkedIn to boost engagement and grow our audience
  • Assist in creating and managing MailChimp email marketing campaigns, including list management and performance reporting
  • Provide administrative support, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and client communication
  • Conduct research for marketing initiatives and prepare reports and presentations on marketing performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to keep our marketing strategies current
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Virtual Assistant with a focus on marketing support
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Google My Business profiles
  • Excellent working knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms for business purposes
  • Experience in using MailChimp or other email marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management software
  • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
