Job Description

As a bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, reconciling bank statements, and performing monthly closing procedures.

You will also ensure accurate tracking of inventory, sales, returns, and refunds, integrating with relevant inventory management systems.

Furthermore, you will handle invoicing and payments for service contracts, ensuring timely billing and collection.

Effective communication with vendors, clients, and team members regarding financial matters is essential in this role.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of bookkeeping experience in a US accounting firm, with a focus on e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), G Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
