Architectural Visionary

Filinvest Company is seeking a talented Architectural Planner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects and collaborate with experienced professionals in the field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality architectural renders for both conceptual and marketing visualizations aligned with the design plans. They will work closely with product planning, project development, and marketing teams to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess good social communication skills for presentations and team collaborations.

Key Functions/Duties and Responsibilities:

  • ">

  • Develop High-Quality Visual Renders/Outputs

    ">
">

Production of 3D Visual Models, Illustrations, Rendered Plans and Visual Implementations

">

  • ">

  • Produces 3D Models, Façade studies, and Renders for both Conceptual and Marketing Level.

    ">

  • Illustrates directions for visual outputs, including style, composition, and overall aesthetic, and communicate clear expectations to the team.

    ">

Collaborative Direct Reports

">

  • ">

  • Report directly to immediate head and assists on presentation of render outputs to project development, marketing, and other relevant stakeholders.

    ">

  • Initiate open communication and collaboration with designers and clients and encouraging regular feedback and incorporate suggestions into the rendering process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

">

  • ">

  • Graduate of BS Architecture

    ">

  • Must be a Licensed Architect

    ">

  • Technical Knowledge to Architectural and Engineering Plans

    ">

  • At least 1 year experience in Architectural Design Field and Rendering

    ">

  • Experienced in Planning and 3D Modelling Softwares: Autocad; Sketchup; Enscape; Lumion; Photoshop;

    ">

  • Good social communication skills for presentation and team collaborations.

    ">

  • Able to perform with minimum supervision
