The ideal candidate will excel in creating engaging content, executing social media promotions, and tracking performance metrics to optimize results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media outreach strategies using approved templates and messaging guidelines; manage and maintain the company's online presence with regular updates and fresh content.
- Plan, execute, and refine social media advertising campaigns (targeting, creative assets, segmentation, budget allocation).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI); provide data-driven insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Support the setup, segmentation, and delivery of email campaigns (newsletters, lead nurture sequences, promotional emails); track and analyze performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and offer optimization suggestions.
- Collaborate with the team to improve list quality and engagement; utilize tools like Apollo or Mailchimp for execution and tracking.
- Log interactions and outcomes in CRM systems; assist with lead follow-ups and nurturing sequences; support lead magnets and related initiatives.
